Questions

What happens on April 21?

Advanced analytics features move to the Pro plan. The free tier stays free forever with growth trends, sources, and geography. When Pro launches, everyone gets 3 full analysis sessions to try everything with no commitment and no payment details required.

Do I need to create an account?

Never. No signup, no email, no password. Payment is handled through a secure checkout link. Your analytics tool access is tied to your Substack publication, not a user account.

Is my data safe?

Your CSV data is processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Nothing is ever uploaded to a server. Turn off your wifi after the page loads and it still works. That is the strongest privacy guarantee possible.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage your subscription through the payment provider's portal. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

What can I see that Substack does not show me?

Substack shows you a subscriber count and per-post open rates. This tool adds engagement segments (who are your superfans vs ghost subscribers), cohort retention (are you keeping the subscribers you gain), source quality (which growth channels actually bring engaged readers), at-risk subscriber detection, revenue analytics with lifetime value and churn, and a composite health score. All from the CSV exports you already have.
